Consultation

The consultation, scheduled at your convenience, usually takes about 45 minutes. We'll measure your closet, conduct a thorough clothing and shoe inventory and discuss various design options. In many cases, we can create a professional design on-site, offering clients the opportunity to share their ideas using our state-of-the-art 3D design software.

Proposal

You'll receive an email with a detailed design proposal within two days of the appointment. From there, we will schedule a live, on-line review, always at your convenience.

Let's Begin!

Once the design proposal is accepted, a deposit is required to confirm the project and order the materials. The typical turn-around, from deposit to installation, is 4 weeks.

While we come prepared to install in rain and snow by setting up several canopies there are times when the weather is just too bad to work outside such as during high winds, rain, and snow. We watch the weather closely and will notify our customers in advance if we anticipate bad weather. We will work very hard to reschedule their installations as soon as the weather clears. In addition, if we do arrive after a winter storm, we ask that your driveway and walkways to the house are cleared of snow and ice. If necessary, please apply snow melt to reduce slip and fall incidents.

Extreme Cold -  It must be at least 32 degrees outside for us to set up our canopy and cutting tools unless the customers' garage is available and above 32 degrees.

Extreme Heat -  All installations require us to cut materials outside to avoid leaving dust in your home. If the temperature rises above 90 degrees, your installation may have to be rescheduled.
